Research and Evaluation
Impact Policy uses qualitative and quantitative methodologies, specialising in mixed methods and critical Indigenous research methods to deliver research and evaluation services. We design methodologies that are bespoke to project needs and are agile and responsive to project or community needs. We specialise in using video to communicate impact, through case study research or as part of wider evaluation.

Cultural Supervision
At Impact Policy, we are passionate about the development and growth of mob from our communities. We are determined to provide safe and receptive spaces for Aboriginal staff to prioritise their own wellbeing and development in order to fulfil their potential and ambitions.
Impact Policy offers cultural supervision for Aboriginal staff, holding space for both clinical supervision as well as culturally specific support.
Our cultural supervision gives opportunity for Aboriginal staff to connect, share, develop and heal through connection, support and mentoring from an independent and experienced Aboriginal person.

Introduction to Co-Design Training
At Impact Policy we champion co-design and the benefits and opportunities it creates for communities when the principles for a strong foundation for it are invested in.
We’re committed to co-designing where possible and appropriate, but acknowledge that we too are still learning and developing our approach.
It is an ongoing journey of learning new ways of thinking, being and doing, un-learning unhelpful ones, and constantly educating ourselves around best practice and seeking feedback that we are on the right path.
